Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States Masood Khan has said that the country is on course towards attaining political stability and economic viability.
Addressing Pakistani-Americans in New York, he said Pakistan is a great and resilient country with a vibrant population so there is no need for despair and despondency.
Masood Khan said Pakistani-Americans had remitted three billion dollars to their country during the past two years and this fact belies the claims that they have lost faith in Pakistan’s economy.
He urged overseas Pakistanis to seek authentic information about Pakistan and do not pay attention to fake narratives.
