
The Pakistan Ju-Jitsu Federation (PJJF) has proudly announced that two of its senior officials, Mr. Abu Hurrara and Mr. Dilawar Khan, have been officially invited by the Ju-Jitsu Asian Union (JJAU) to serve as referees at the prestigious Asian Ju-Jitsu Championship 2025, scheduled to be held in Amman, Jordan from May 22 to 26, 2025.

This invitation is a significant recognition of the professionalism and technical expertise of Pakistani referees at the continental level. Both Abu Hurrara and Dilawar Khan have previously officiated at various national and international events, earning respect for their impartiality and command of Ju-Jitsu rules.
Speaking on the development, Tariq Ali, General Secretary of the Pakistan Ju-Jitsu Federation, stated,
“This is a proud moment for the federation and the entire nation. The selection of our officials by JJAU is a testament to the growing stature of Pakistan in the Asian Ju-Jitsu community.”
Chairman of PJJF, Mr. Khalil Ahmed Khan, also extended his congratulations, adding that the federation remains committed to promoting both athletes and technical officials on international platforms.
The Asian Ju-Jitsu Championship 2025 will bring together top athletes and officials from across the continent, and Pakistan’s representation in both the competition and officiating roles reflects the country’s rising profile in the sport.
