The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission has approved the schedule for by-elections on thirteen vacant local body seats.
The Approval was granted by Chief Election Commissioner Azad Jammu and Kashmir retired Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mughal at a meeting in Muzaffarabad today.
The Chief Election Commissioner issued instructions to send a formal letter to the Chairman NADRA to implement the Computerized Electoral System in all district offices to make the election process transparent and effective.
It was further decided to impart special training to the registration officers regarding the registration of voters of the constituencies of refugees residing in Pakistan.
