Deputy Commissioner Khushab, Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labbur, presided over a hearing regarding revenue and other court cases. During the proceedings, patwaris from various mouzas, senior lawyers, and petitioners appeared in person.
Several cases, including complaints, land measurement issues, correction of records, writ petitions, and cancellation of lease agreements, were presented before the Deputy Commissioner. Detailed arguments and discussions were held on the cases during the hearing.
After reviewing all records, Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labbur issued instructions to the heads of relevant departments, directing them to take necessary steps to resolve public issues related to revenue matters. He also directed that petitioners or their lawyers who could not appear be given one more opportunity.
The Deputy Commissioner further instructed that progress on the cases heard today must be reported in the next hearing. He warned that writ petitions of those who repeatedly fail to appear will be dismissed, and all concerned must ensure their attendance at the next hearing.
