Attorney General of Pakistan Malik Mansoor Usman Awan paid a special visit to the District Press Club Jauharabad, where he participated in a “Meet the Press” program. On this occasion, he met with office-bearers and members of the District Press Club, District Electronic Media Club Khushab, and Tehsil Press Clubs of Khushab, Nowshera, Quaidabad, and Noorpur Thal.
Addressing the gathering, the Attorney General appreciated the positive and responsible role of the media in District Khushab, stating that journalism is a cornerstone of a democratic society. He also gave a detailed briefing on ongoing development projects across the district and highlighted the government’s commitment to public welfare initiatives.
During the session, journalists raised questions on various national and regional issues, which Malik Mansoor Usman Awan answered comprehensively. The event also reflected a mutual commitment to strengthening coordination and cooperation between the media and government institutions.
