Returning Officer Abdullah Khan has released the list of eight eligible candidates for the by-election in PP-83 Khushab. A total of 15 candidates had submitted their nomination papers from the constituency.
Out of them, the nomination papers of nine candidates were rejected; however, two candidates were later approved on appeal. According to the election schedule, May 18 is the last date for withdrawal of nomination papers, while election symbols will be allotted to the candidates on May 19.
