Commissioner Sargodha Division, Hafiz Shaukat Ali, chaired a high-level meeting to review the recovery of revenue dues, enhancement of government revenues, and the identification and auction of government properties to generate additional income.
The meeting was attended via video link by all Deputy Commissioners, Additional Deputy Commissioners (Revenue), and Assistant Commissioners of the division.
Addressing the participants, the Commissioner directed the district administrations to accelerate the revenue recovery campaign and ensure that all targets set by the government are achieved by June 30 without fail. He emphasized the effective utilization of government resources and stressed the need for practical measures to increase revenue collection.
During the meeting, the performance of all districts was reviewed in detail. Participants also discussed the challenges being faced in revenue collection and considered possible solutions to address them effectively. The Commissioner urged all officers to work with dedication and commitment to meet the assigned targets within the stipulated timeframe.
