The Pakistan Test team departed from Islamabad International Airport on Sunday for the upcoming tour of the West Indies.
The squad will travel from Islamabad to the Caribbean via Doha and London before arriving in the West Indies.
Pakistan will play matches in Port of Spain, the capital of Trinidad and Tobago, and Tarouba during the tour.
Prior to departure, the team held a three-day intensive training camp at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, where the players also participated in a two-day scenario-based match as part of their preparations.
Pakistan is scheduled to play a four-day practice match from 18 to 21 July in the West Indies.
The two-match ICC World Test Championship series between Pakistan and the West Indies is scheduled to be played from 25 July to 10 August. The first Test will be held at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Tarouba, while the second Test will take place at the Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain.
