Noorpur Thal has always been a custodian of religious, cultural and traditional values. Whenever the atmosphere here is filled with the recitation of the Holy Quran, voices of praise for the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) resonate through the air, and little children are honored for completing their Quranic education, the occasion becomes much more than a ceremony. It transforms into a spiritual moment whose fragrance continues to linger in the hearts and minds of those in attendance.
A dignified ceremony was recently held at Raja House, Noorpur Thal, in honor of children who had completed the recitation of the Holy Quran. The participation of religious scholars, teachers, political and social personalities, police officers, members of the Peace Committee and prominent citizens reflected the collective responsibility of society to promote love for the Holy Quran and provide proper religious guidance to the younger generation.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Qari Bilal and Qari Umair recited verses from the Holy Quran, filling the gathering with the light and blessings of the Divine Word. Hafiz Zohaib then presented a beautiful Manqabat, while Qari Abdul Mannan and Raja Ulfat Hussain had the honor of presenting tributes in praise of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The recitation of Naat created a deeply spiritual atmosphere among the participants.
The most beautiful and commendable moment of the ceremony came when the young students Muhammad Umar Farooq, Muhammad Ismail, Muhammad Saad, Muhammad Ayan, Abdul Muizz and Muhammad Abdullah, who had completed their Nazirah Quran, were specially honored and presented with awards. Their teacher, Maulana Abu Zar Khan, distributed the prizes along with other distinguished guests.
These children are undoubtedly a source of pride for their parents, teachers and the entire community. At a time when children are increasingly drawn toward various activities and modern technologies, completing their Quranic education is certainly a remarkable achievement. It is not merely a matter of learning to read the Holy Quran; rather, it lays a foundation that can play an important role in developing a child’s personality, character and moral values.
The chief guest, Maulana Mufti Kamil Nawaz, delivered a comprehensive speech on the blessed birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad Mustafa Ahmad Mujtaba (PBUH). He highlighted the blessings of remembering the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the importance of love for him, and the need to make his noble life and teachings a practical model for our own lives. His address conveyed a profound spiritual and intellectual message to the participants.
Maulana Waqar Ahmed and Maulana Abu Zar Khan also attended the ceremony as special guests. Among those present were Raja Muhammad Salman, District Khushab Peace Committee Member Dr. Muhammad Khalid Saifullah Bhatti, Senior Officer Raja Muhammad Shehzad Akram, Malik Azhar Hussain Bagga, ASI Farzand Ali Khan, Hafiz Nadir Khan of Punjab Highway Patrol Police, Raja Muhammad Rizwan, Officer Muhammad Khalid Bhatti, social personality Muhammad Huzaifa, teachers’ representative Mohiuddin Khan, Sher Ali Khan Pathan, Raja Muhammad Wasim, Raja Muhammad Shahid Imran, Raja Muhammad Zigham Adnan, Malik Nadeem Iqbal Awan, Raja Muhammad Dilawar Kamran, Raja Muhammad Adil, Raja Muhammad Firdous, Raja Muhammad Ammar and Raja Muhammad, along with many other distinguished personalities, who added to the grandeur of the gathering.
