OIC-COMSTECH and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Vocational Training of Chad have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen bilateral cooperation in science and technology.
The agreement was signed by Coordinator General of OIC-COMSTECH Professor Dr. M. Iqbal Choudhary and General Secretary of Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Vocational Training of Chad Pr. Reounodji Frederic.
This agreement establishes a framework for technical assistance and capacity building aimed at supporting Chad’s research institutions and industrial development.
