Former Senator and President of Pakistan Muslim League (N) District Khushab, Dr. Ghaus Muhammad Khan Niazi, has appreciated the pro-people policies of the Punjab government, stating that the current provincial administration has taken practical and effective measures to provide relief to the common man, reduce the impact of inflation, and ensure the provision of basic facilities.
Speaking to the media, he said that public welfare remains the government’s top priority, and its benefits are gradually reaching the grassroots level.
He particularly paid tribute to the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, saying that under her supervision, remarkable progress has been witnessed in the sectors of health, education, infrastructure, and social welfare. He termed the construction and rehabilitation of rural roads, improvement of facilities in public hospitals, and upgradation of educational institutions as commendable initiatives.
Dr. Niazi further stated that the Punjab government’s policies for youth empowerment, including skill development programs, provision of interest-free loans, and the creation of new employment opportunities, are not only welcome but will also play a significant role in strengthening the province’s economy. He added that subsidies for farmers, modern agricultural facilities, and easier access to markets will prove to be milestones in the development of the agricultural sector.
He expressed his commitment to resolving public issues and promoting provincial development, emphasizing that all political and social stakeholders must work together for the progress of the province. According to him, mutual cooperation and a positive approach are essential to putting Punjab on the path of development and prosperity.
Former Senator Dr. Ghaus Muhammad Khan Niazi concluded that the continuation of pro-people policies is the need of the hour. If this spirit is maintained, Punjab will achieve new milestones of development, stability, and prosperity, and the people will fully benefit from these initiatives.
