Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Laar along with District Police Officer Dr. Ammara Shirazi visited the central procession in Jauharabad in connection with Youm-e-Shahadat Hazrat Ali (RA). On this occasion, they reviewed the security arrangements and issued necessary instructions to the concerned officials.
During the visit, the DSP Sadr and SHO City Jauharabad briefed the officers about the procession route and the security plan.
Nearly 200 police officers and personnel of Khushab Police are performing security duties for the central processions in Jauharabad on the occasion of Youm-e-Ali.
All streets and routes connected to the procession route have been sealed with barriers and tents, while strict security measures have been implemented. Participants are being allowed to enter the procession only after complete body searching to ensure safety and maintain law and order.
