Commissioner Sargodha Division, Hafiz Shaukat Ali, visited various sites in the city to review the progress of mega development projects being carried out by WASA. During the visit, he inspected the under-construction rainwater storage tank and drain in Block 31/32, as well as the disposal station being built in Jinnah Colony.
During the briefing, officials informed the Commissioner that the objective of these projects is to provide a permanent solution to the longstanding issues of rainwater accumulation and drainage in the city.
The Commissioner directed the concerned authorities to maintain the pace and quality of work, strictly follow SOPs, and ensure the timely completion of the projects within the stipulated deadline.
