International and Afghan media have debunked false claims by the Afghan Taliban, regarding the killing of 400 people in an alleged hospital attack in Kabul.
This has exposed the misleading and fabricated propaganda by the Afghan Taliban regime against Pakistan.
Following the destruction of terrorist hideouts and a significant setback, the Afghan Taliban have reportedly resorted to false narratives to conceal their embarrassment.
According to Afghan media reports, there is no evidence of mass casualties, bloodshed, or large-scale destruction at the site allegedly targeted during the airstrike by Pakistani forces.
Afghan media outlets, including Zawia News and Afghan Times, have not confirmed any major loss of life.
Afghan Taliban authorities had claimed that the attack targeted a rehabilitation center in Kabul; however, no evidence has been found to support this assertion, according to Afghan media reports. Similarly, the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan has also not verified the Taliban’s claim of 400 fatalities.
A reporter from Afghan media outlet Tolo News, citing eyewitness accounts at the hospital, also refuted the propaganda. According to eyewitnesses and the Tolo News reporter, only 15 injured individuals are currently under treatment at Kabul Central Hospital.
Global experts say the stark discrepancy between the Taliban’s claims and ground realities clearly reflects a campaign of disinformation. They added that there is no truth to the widely circulated claim of 400 deaths attributed to the Afghan Taliban and social media sources.
