Dr. Haroon Ahmed Shiraz, Assistant Commissioner of Tehsil Noorpur Thal, conducted a detailed inspection of cleanliness arrangements in various areas under the “Suthra Punjab” campaign. On this occasion, he reviewed the performance of the concerned staff and issued instructions to further improve sanitation standards.
During the inspection, he visited key locations, markets, and residential areas of the city, thoroughly assessing the cleanliness situation. He directed the on-site staff to ensure timely disposal of garbage and to make the drainage cleaning process more effective so that a clean and healthy environment could be provided to citizens.
Dr. Haroon Ahmed Shiraz emphasized that all relevant departments must work in coordination to make the “Suthra Punjab” campaign successful. He stated that cleanliness is half of faith and urged the public to realize their responsibility in this regard.
He further warned that no negligence or slackness in the sanitation system would be tolerated. He also appealed to citizens to cooperate with the administration by keeping their surroundings clean.
The Assistant Commissioner appreciated the performance of the “Suthra Punjab” team and directed that the cleanliness drive should continue on a regular basis to make the city clean, healthy, and beautiful.
