Commissioner Sargodha Division, Hafiz Shaukat Ali, visited Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital Sargodha to inspect various departments, including the wards, laboratory, Outpatient Department (OPD), and pharmacy. During the visit, he reviewed the medical facilities being provided to patients, the availability of medicines, cleanliness, and staff attendance.
The Commissioner also met with patients and their attendants to inquire about the quality of medical treatment and the facilities available at the hospital. He directed the hospital administration to ensure the uninterrupted provision of timely, high-quality healthcare services.
Speaking on the occasion, Hafiz Shaukat Ali said that, in line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, providing the best possible treatment in public hospitals remains the government’s top priority. He emphasized that special attention should be given to maintaining cleanliness, ensuring the availability of medicines, staff punctuality, and treating patients with courtesy and compassion.
During the visit, the Medical Superintendent also briefed the Commissioner on the hospital’s overall performance and the measures being taken to further improve healthcare services.
