On the directions of District Police Officer Khushab, Dr. Ammara Shirazi, comprehensive security arrangements were implemented across the district to ensure the peaceful observance of the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.).
In this connection, the DSP Sadar Circle visited various mourning processions, religious gatherings (Majalis), and key deployment points to review the security measures. During the inspection, he instructed police officers and personnel to remain vigilant, closely monitor suspicious individuals, maintain strict surveillance of entry and exit routes, and provide every possible assistance to mourners.
Expressing satisfaction over the security arrangements, the DSP said that safeguarding the lives and property of the public and ensuring a peaceful environment during the Chehlum observance remain the top priorities of Khushab Police. He added that all available resources are being utilized to maintain law and order and facilitate mourners throughout the event.
