Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has directed to complete Islamabad Safe City Expansion Project by 30th of next month.
Chairing a meeting during his visit to the Safe City Headquarters, he said our commitment is to transform Islamabad Safe City into a modern, smart and advanced institution of international standards, modelled on developed countries.
He said the safe city system equipped with modern technology will ensure the protection of citizens, effective surveillance and a swift response.
The Interior Minister also set a three-month deadline for completion of Islamabad Safe City’s modern Fusion Centre.
The meeting was informed that eighty five percent of the Safe City Expansion Project has been completed.
