Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Laber made a surprise visit to Kalma Chowk, Chhatri Chowk, Kabuli Gate and other areas of Khushab to inspect the ongoing beautification works being carried out under the Punjab Development Programme.
During the visit, CEO Municipal Committee Khushab Ms. Sundas Rabail, contractor Rana Fayyaz and officials of the Punjab Development Programme briefed the Deputy Commissioner on the progress of the ongoing beautification projects.
Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labar directed the concerned officials to ensure the use of high-quality materials in all beautification works and maintain the required standard of workmanship. He made it clear that no compromise would be tolerated on the quality of development works.
The Deputy Commissioner also directed the relevant officials of the Punjab Development Programme to complete all ongoing works under the Beautification Plan within the stipulated timeframe.
Later, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labar visited G-Type, Jauharabad. Deputy Director Development Sohail Sikandar Ranjha, XEN Highways Zeeshan Anwar, Sub-Engineer Gul Hassan and other officers of the concerned departments were also present on the occasion.
