Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Punjab and Inspection Team member Shoaib Mirza conducted a surprise late-night visit to DHQ Hospital Khushab, Campus-II. Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labar accompanied him.
During the visit, Shoaib Mirza inspected the medical facilities and other arrangements at the hospital. CEO Health Nabeel Saleem, the night-duty doctor, nurses and other staff were present on the occasion.

The CEO Health and night-duty doctors briefed Shoaib Mirza in detail about the medicines available to patients and the medical facilities being provided at the hospital.

Accompanied by the Deputy Commissioner, Shoaib Mirza visited the Trauma Centre, Emergency Department, Male and Female Wards, Gynaecology Ward, Pharmacy, Reception, Laboratories and other departments. He also reviewed the provision of medicines and medical facilities to patients.

The Special Assistant to the Chief Minister checked the attendance of the night-duty doctors and nursing staff. He directed the hospital administration to ensure the implementation of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s free-medicine vision in letter and spirit.

Shoaib Mirza said that providing quality and timely healthcare facilities to patients visiting government hospitals was a top priority of the Punjab government.

He also reviewed the cleanliness arrangements at DHQ Hospital Khushab, Campus-II, and issued instructions to further improve sanitation and cleanliness standards across the hospital.

Later, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister and Inspection Team member Shoaib Mirza also visited DHQ Hospital Khushab, Campus-I, in Jauharabad. CEO Health, the night-duty doctor, nurses and other staff were present during the inspection.
