District Police Officer (DPO) Khushab Dr. Ammara Shirazi held a meeting with the Moharrars (record-keeping officials) of police stations across the district. During the meeting, necessary instructions were issued regarding the timely completion of police station records, accurate entries, and effective record management.
DPO Khushab Dr. Ammara Shirazi directed the officials to ensure special arrangements for cleanliness and hygiene at all police stations. She also instructed police personnel to treat citizens visiting police stations with courtesy, dignity, respect, and professionalism.
She emphasized that every possible measure must be taken to facilitate citizens in police-related matters and ensure the provision of better and efficient public services.
