The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has taken notice of complaints that some private Hajj companies are refusing bookings.
This was stated by Spokesperson Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Muhammad Umar Butt in a statement today.
He said the ministry has received multiple complaints that several private tour operators are falsely claiming their quotas are full despite availability of seats on the Hajj portal.
The Spokesperson urged the intending pilgrims to lodge formal complaints if any operator refuses a booking despite available capacity.
He said the intending pilgrims can register their complaints through the “Inquiry” option on the Pak Hajj App or by directly emailing the Section Officer Monitoring at [email protected].
The Spokesperson reiterated that ensuring transparent bookings and protecting the interests of pilgrims under the private Hajj scheme remain top priority of the ministry.
