United States President Joe Biden has accused Russia of using biological and chemical weapons in the war against Ukraine.
Speaking at a Business Roundtable Quarterly Meeting in Washington, he rebutted Moscow’s allegations of using inhumane weapons by Ukrainian forces.
He said that President Putin has leveled a baseless allegation that America has biological as well as chemical weapons in Europe, which is simply untrue.
