The SriLanka-bound Pakistan Test squad members have reported in Islamabad for their preparations camp for the two ICC World Test Championship fixtures next month.

The squad will train at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi from 26 June till 1 July. Players who are in England for county cricket – Azhar Ali, Mohammad Rizwan and Shan Masood – will not be part of the camp and will join the team ahead of their departure for Sri Lanka on July 6 from Lahore. Fawad Alam will join the camp on 27 June.

The following is the schedule of training sessions.
26 June – The squad will train from 1000-1400. After the session, leg-spinner Yasir Shah will be available for a media talk.

27 June – This will be the first day of the first of the two two-day warm up matches. The first day’s play will be held between 0900-1800. No media interaction is schedule for the day.

28 June – The second day of the first two-day warm up match. The play will take place between 0900-1800. Pakistan opener Abdullah Shafique will be available for a media talk. The time of his interaction will be conveyed through PCB’s official media WhatsApp group.

29 June – Rest Day. No training and media interaction is scheduled for the day.

30 June – The first day of the second warm up match. The play will take place between 0900-1800. No media interaction is scheduled for the day

1 July – The second day of the second warm up match and the play will take place between 0900-1600. At the end of the day’s play, head coach Saqlain Mushtaq will be available for a media talk. The players and player support personnel will disperse to their respective hometowns following the play.
