President Dr Arif Alvi has underscored the need for fully realizing the immense potential for investment, trade and business between Pakistan and Cambodia.
He was talking to a delegation of World Bridge Group of Companies, Cambodia headed by its Chairman Neak Okhna Rithy Sear who called on the President in Islamabad on Tuesday.
Dr Arif Alvi said both Pakistan and Cambodia have garments and textile sectors as backbone of their economies, which could be further developed by exchange of technology, training and skills between the stakeholders of two countries.
On the occasion, the visiting dignitary said Cambodia looks forward to cooperation with Pakistan in various fields including textiles and imports of raw materials.
He said the delegation would conduct market surveys to assess the potential for trade, business and investment between two countries.
