The West Indies Test squad, captained by Kraigg Brathwaite, has arrived in Islamabad ahead of their upcoming series against Pakistan. The team landed in the capital city via flight EK 612 from Dubai.
The West Indies players are set to begin their preparations with a practice match against Pakistan Shaheens at the Islamabad Club, scheduled from January 10 to 12.
The much-anticipated first Test between Pakistan and the West Indies will begin on January 17 in Multan, with the second Test set to follow on January 25 at the same venue.
The series will be a key opportunity for both teams to gain momentum as they look to make their mark in the longer format of the game.
