Pakistan and United Arab Emirates have expressed the resolve to explore new avenues in economic diplomacy and investment to further promote and strengthen economic and financial relations between the two countries.

The resolve was expressed at a meeting between Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani and UAE Ambassador to Pakistan, Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al Zabi at the Parliament House in Islamabad on Thursday.

During the meeting, they discussed matter of mutual interest, including bilateral relations.

The Chairman Senate said there are vast possibilities of cooperation in the fields of renewable energy, trade, industry, and infrastructure development.

On the occasion, the UAE Ambassador appreciated Pakistan’s development-oriented economic policies initiated by the government.
