Caretaker Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Dr. Umar Saif has stressed the need for structural reforms to ensure sustainable economic growth.
In his video message, he termed Special Investment Facilitation Council as a ray of hope as it is pursuing an agenda of continuity of policies.
The Minister said the long overdue policy reforms will provide the upcoming government bases to frame service oriented policies.
