Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed to speed up work on the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar project in the province.
Chairing a meeting in Lahore on Monday, she said that the only aim of every step by the Punjab Government is to ensure progress and facilitation of people.
She said that the ‘Apni Chhat Apna Ghar’ project is a new start of life for poor people.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister was briefed that a total loan, worth sixty point five billion rupees has been provided to fifty one thousand nine hundred and eleven needy families for building their homes under this project.
