In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan Army’s Engineer Corps has opened and restored the closed road in Shangla, which was closed due to land sliding.
Army engineers are deployed with heavy equipment in Alpuri. Clearance of Aloch-Chakesar road blocked at several places is also underway.
On the other hand, in Buner, road clearance and recovery operations is underway by the Army engineers in Bishnoi, Gokand and Pir Baba.
In collaboration with the local administration, the operations are being monitored from the Relief and Rescue Operations Headquarters in Daggar.
Relief activities will continue till the complete restoration of connectivity and normalcy.
