
Member of National Assembly from NA-87, Malik Shakir Bashir Awan, participated as the chief guest in a seminar organized by the Resilient Women Network in Islamabad, titled “Collaboration between Educational Institutions and Parliament, Religious Harmony, and Social Protection.”
The seminar witnessed active participation from scholars, intellectuals, and representatives of various universities. In his special address, Malik Shakir Bashir Awan emphasized the strong link between education and parliamentary policymaking, while underlining the importance of religious harmony, social protection, and national unity.
He stated that for sustainable development, a peaceful society and interfaith respect serve as fundamental pillars.
