The 27th meeting of the Pakistan Philosophical Association (PPA) was held under the chairmanship of former Inspector General of Police, Malik Khuda Bakhsh Awan. The event was attended by Wajahat Hussain, Chairman of Topper Academy, along with young officers who successfully qualified in the CSS 2025 examination.
The distinguished guests included Muhammad Shaheer Hussain Sapra (Customs), Nawal Saif (Commerce and Trade), Dr. Noor-ul-Ain (Audit and Accounts), Dr. Atiya Khalid (Police), Rabia Fatima (Customs), Mir Ahmad Jalal (Administration), Osama Shehzad Cheema (Administration), Dr. Sunbal Islam (Police), and Zeeshan Altaf (Police).
Welcoming the participants, Professor Dr. Javed Iqbal Nadeem, President of the Pakistan Philosophical Association, congratulated the young officers and advised them to utilize their intellectual, academic, and analytical abilities in the service of Pakistan. He emphasized that public service is both a privilege and a great responsibility that requires dedication, integrity, and wisdom.
Former IGP Ghalib Ali Bandesha urged the officers to perform their duties with sincerity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility. Other speakers, including Colonel Imtiaz Mahmood, Professor Atiya Syed, Professor Tanveer Sadiq, Professor M.A. Raf Raf, Dr. Muhammad Idrees Rana, Ahsan Battalvi, Ishrat Shamim, Dr. Shafiq Ajmi, and Professor Mehfooz Qutb, also congratulated the successful officers and expressed their best wishes for their future careers.
On the occasion, Professor Mehfooz Qutb presented his self-created calligraphy paintings as gifts to the distinguished guests. Wajahat Hussain, Chairman of Topper Academy, thanked Professor Dr. Javed Iqbal Nadeem for organizing a successful and meaningful event.
In his presidential address, Malik Khuda Bakhsh Awan congratulated the young officers and advised them to work with dedication and commitment. He stated that they are the builders of the state and the intellectual and moral guardians of the nation’s destiny. He further remarked that true success lies not only in professional excellence but also in intellectual depth, moral courage, cultural awareness, and governance founded on justice. He encouraged the officers to serve the nation with integrity and devotion, thereby contributing to Pakistan’s progress, prosperity, and stability.
