The central gathering of the Urs commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran at the shrine of Sultan-ul-Arifeen Hazrat Baba Haji Muhammad Amir (RA) in Mohallah Meana, Mianwali. The spiritually uplifting ceremony featured Durood-o-Salam, Zikr of Kalima Tayyaba, Naat recitations, and Manqabat in honor of the saints, creating an atmosphere filled with devotion and faith.

Renowned scholar Mufti Muhammad Altaf Mahmood Sialvi paid rich tribute to Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and shed light on the eternal message of Karbala. He stated that the unparalleled sacrifice of Imam Hussain (RA) for truth, justice, and the supremacy of Islam remains a beacon of guidance for humanity. He stressed that Karbala teaches Muslims to stand firm against oppression, uphold righteousness, and remain steadfast in their faith.

The Urs ceremonies were presided over by Fakhr-e-Sadat Hazrat Baba Ji Syed Mian Mumtaz Parvez Shah, Sahibzada Alishan Syed Mian Amir Asim Shah, and Sahibzada Syed Mian Amir Muzammil Shah. Addressing the participants, they emphasized that the teachings of the saints are founded on love, tolerance, peace, brotherhood, and service to humanity.
