A meeting of the Retention Committee was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Sargodha Division, Hafiz Shoukat Ali, to review matters related to leasing 53 government-owned shops and other public properties in Tehsil Shahpur through public auction under the policy of the Board of Revenue.
The Commissioner directed the concerned officials to ensure that the auction process is completed on time in strict accordance with all legal requirements, while maintaining complete transparency and merit. He emphasized that the objective is to ensure the effective utilization of government assets, increase government revenue, and strengthen public confidence in the process.
He further instructed that all stages of the auction be conducted in full compliance with the relevant rules and regulations, leaving no room for irregularities or negligence. The meeting was attended by the relevant administrative officers, who also reviewed the arrangements and progress regarding the proposed public auction.
