During the session, residents highlighted various civic problems and grievances. The Assistant Commissioner issued on-the-spot directives to the relevant officials, ordering immediate action to address the complaints.
She emphasised that no negligence in resolving public issues would be tolerated and directed all concerned departments to ensure timely and prompt relief for citizens.
