Advocate Malik Abdul Rehman Awan, a candidate for the presidency of the District Bar Association Khushab, has said that he is contesting the election neither out of a desire for office nor for power, but as a humble member of the legal fraternity, a sincere colleague, and a fellow lawyer committed to serving the community.
Speaking to the media, he said, “I do not make grand claims. I make only one promise: my politics will revolve around service, my strength will be integrity, and my destination will be the dignity, honour, and welfare of the legal community.”
Malik Abdul Rehman Awan stated that the trust of lawyers is his greatest strength, while their love and support are his most valuable assets.
He assured the legal fraternity that he would never disappoint them and urged them to work together to establish a Bar Association where justice, unity, mutual respect, and public service become its defining values.
Appealing for support, he asked lawyers to cast their votes in favour of respect, honesty, and dedicated service, expressing confidence that, with the blessings of Allah, he would never betray the trust placed in him.
