An annual sports festival was organized in Thatthi Kalak Bhann Jora Kalan, District Khushab, featuring an exciting competition of Lambi Khed Par Kabaddi, a traditional local sport. Prominent political and social figures, Malik Muhammad Imran Jora and Malik Muhammad Ramzan Jora, attended the event as special guests. The guests were warmly welcomed by the event organizers.
A large number of spectators from District Khushab and District Sargodha attended the sports festival and added to the excitement and charm of the event. The traditional festival was organized by prominent personalities Zawar Malik Zafar Hayat Jora and Malik Muhammad Abbas Sher Jora.
Malik Ghulam Abbas Dilyal was responsible for the event’s administrative arrangements, while Malik Azhar Abbas Jora and Malik Falak Sher Jora played an important role in ensuring fair and impartial decisions during the competition.
The participating players displayed excellent skills and sportsmanship, earning enthusiastic applause from the spectators. Malik Muhammad Arsalan Shani Jora and Malik Wajahat Ali Jora secured first position in the Lambi Khed competition. Prizes were also distributed among the position holders at the conclusion of the event.
The organizers said that such traditional sports festivals provide young people with healthy recreational activities while also promoting local culture and traditional sports.
