
President Asif Ali Zardari has strongly condemned the shooting incident at the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) Dinner.
In a statement, he expressed satisfaction that President Donald Trump and the First Lady remained safe.
The President said the incident is a heinous form of terrorism and worth condemning.
Acting President Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has also strongly condemned the shooting incident that took place in the United States during a dinner event attended by US President Donald Trump and the First Lady.
In a statement, Yousuf Raza Gilani expressed relief that all attendees remained unharmed.
He also expressed his best wishes for the safety and well-being of the US President and First Lady.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed his deep shock by the disturbing shooting incident at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in Washington.
In a post on his X handle, Shehbaz Sharif said he is relieved to know that President Trump, the First Lady, and other attendees are safe.
The Prime Minister said his thoughts and prayers are with him and also wished President Trump’s continued safety and well-being.
