Chief Organizer of Literary and Sports Activities District Khushab, Malik Abdul Ghafoor Asif Burana, while speaking to the media, announced that an “Eid Milan Mushaira” will be organized on May 29 at 8:00 PM at PC Hotel Joharabad.
He stated that the special guests of the event will include former Chairman District Council Khushab Malik Ameer Haider Sangha, renowned social personality Chaudhry Abdul Mannan, Deputy Secretary of the Federal Government Malik Mureed Hussain Jasra, prominent social figure Syed Iqbal Hussain Shah, former MPA Barrister Malik Muazzam Sher Kallu, and MPA Sardar Zafar Khan Baloch.
Other distinguished guests will include former MPA Dr. Fazal Khan Niazi, District President PPP Khushab Malik Muhammad Ali Sawal, noted social personalities Syed Unsar Abbas Shah and Malik Gul Hameed Chanous, along with several other prominent members of civil society.
Malik Abdul Ghafoor Asif Burana further said that renowned poets will present their poetry during the Mushaira and entertain the audience with their literary performances. He added that they will participate in the event specially to encourage and support people associated with literature and the arts.
He also highly appreciated the efforts of Ghulam Abbas Taskin for the promotion of Saraiki literature, saying that by organizing such literary gatherings, he is playing a significant role in promoting literature and cultural values.
