Member of the National Assembly Malik Shakir Bashir Awan has paid tribute to Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif for their people-friendly policies aimed at public welfare, development projects, and economic stability.
Speaking to the media, he said that the present government has taken significant steps within a short period to address public issues and improve the provision of basic facilities. He highlighted notable initiatives in the sectors of education, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, and social protection, adding that the positive impact of these measures has already begun reaching ordinary citizens.
Malik Shakir Bashir Awan stated that under the wise leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, an effective strategy has been adopted to steer the country toward economic stability. He further said that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has ushered in a new era of public service, good governance, and development across Punjab.
He noted that the Punjab government’s initiatives in education, healthcare, clean drinking water, road construction and rehabilitation, rural development, youth employment, and farmer-friendly programs have received widespread public appreciation. According to him, the government’s foremost priority is to provide maximum relief to the people and improve their standard of living.
The MNA further said that, on the special directives of the Chief Minister, the pace of development projects throughout the province has been accelerated, while relevant institutions have been mobilized to ensure the prompt resolution of public issues. As a result, public confidence in government policies is increasing, and the benefits of development and prosperity are reaching grassroots levels.
Malik Shakir Bashir Awan also praised the government’s efforts in vocational training for youth, business support programs, facilities for farmers, women’s welfare initiatives, and assistance for low-income segments of society. He reaffirmed his commitment to continuing full cooperation with the government for the service of his constituents and the completion of ongoing development projects in his constituency.
He concluded by saying that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan, particularly Punjab, is moving steadily toward progress, stability, and prosperity. He expressed optimism that the future holds great promise for the country’s economic growth and public welfare. He also urged the people to support the government in its journey toward national development so that the dream of a strong, prosperous, and developed Pakistan can become a reality.
