Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has invited US businessmen to invest in the Punjab StartUp Fund, highlighting the province’s growing potential in technology and innovation.

Talking to a US business delegation in Lahore, she said Punjab seeks US collaboration in technology transfer and technical support to accelerate economic growth.

She said the government aims to produce one point five million frontier technology graduates, including forty percent women, while supporting twelve hundred startups and thirty-two thousand interns.

Maryam Nawaz said Punjab hosts twenty Special Economic Zones and two Export Processing Zones, supported by a one-window investment facilitation system and a digital platform to simplify business approvals.

She said the Special Investment Facilitation Council also helps fast-track investment matters at the federal level.
