District Emergency Officer Rescue Khushab, Ali Hussain, told the media that the Rescue 1122 Khushab Control Room received an emergency call regarding a fire at 1:12 p.m. today. The caller reported that a room at Hasnain Cotton Mill, located at Chak 13, 52 MB, Muzaffargarh Road, Joharabad, had caught fire. According to initial information, the cause of the fire was unknown.
Upon receiving the emergency call, Rescue 1122 firefighting teams immediately reached the scene and launched a firefighting operation. Thanks to the timely response of the rescue firefighters, the blaze was brought under control, while the cooling operation is still in progress to prevent the fire from reigniting.
According to District Emergency Officer Ali Hussain, three emergency vehicles and 12 Rescue 1122 personnel are taking part in the firefighting operation.
The prompt action by Rescue 1122 prevented the fire from spreading further and helped bring the situation under control.
