A Chinese Jiangsu Police delegation met Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman under the leadership of Deputy Director General of Police Security Tan Yongsheng in Lahore today.

Speaking on this occasion, the Governor said Pakistan and China are bound in a relationship of mutual trust, love and unparalleled friendship.

Baligh-ur-Rehman said China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project is related to development of not only Pakistan and China but also the entire region.

He said signing of Memorandum of Understanding between Punjab Police and Jiangsu Province will promote bilateral cooperation between law enforcement agencies of the two countries.

On his part Deputy Director General of Police Security Tan Yongsheng said apart from cooperation in the field of policing between Pakistan and China, people-to-people contacts and economic cooperation will also be promoted.
