President Asif Ali Zardari has called for establishing a robust road infrastructure in Gilgit-Baltistan to boost trade, economic and tourism activities in the region.

He was talking to a delegation of Pakistan People’s Party, GB led by its President Amjad Hussain in Islamabad today.

President said a cardiology hospital and nursing college will be established in GB on priority basis to provide high-quality health services to the people.

The delegation apprised the President of the environmental issues of Gilgit Baltistan.
