Punjab Governor Baligh-u-Rehman says access to education and other basic amenities is a constitutional right of every child.
In his message on World Day Against Child Labour being observed today (Sunday), he said during the previous tenure of PML-N, effective legislation was enacted to eradicate child labour from the province.
He said everyone needs to play his role in eradicating child labour from society.
The Punjab Governor said government is taking special measures to provide relief to the underprivileged segment of society.
