Batting first, Netherlands were all out at 262 in 49.4 overs. Dilshan Madushanka and Kasun Rajitha grabbed four wickets each for Sri Lanka.
In reply, Sri Lanka chased the target in 48.2 overs for a loss of five wickets.
Sadeera Samarawickrama 91 not out was the main scorer for Sri Lanka.
In tomorrow’s match, India will take on New Zealand at Dharamsala.
