Ambassador of Pakistan to Turkey Dr. Yusuf Junaid organized an Eid Milan ceremony at his residence on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. More than 150 members of the Pakistani community, students, embassy officers and staff participated in the event.
Congratulating the guests, Ambassador Dr. Yusuf Junaid highlighted that the joys of Eid provide an opportunity to share and promote harmony, compassion, unity and brotherhood. He said that Pakistan and Turkey are like two hearts, one soul and it is happy that the Pakistani community in Turkey is playing an important role in the development of brother Turkey. Ambassador Junaid urged the Pakistani community to continue to play their role in strengthening Pakistan-Turkey bilateral relations.
The guests thanked the Ambassador for providing a great opportunity to mingle, meet and greet on this joyous occasion. Traditional Pakistani food was served to the guests and the event concluded with a prayer for the development and prosperity of Pakistan and a pledge to work tirelessly for the promotion of Pakistan-Turkish brotherhood and friendship.
