The Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, D.C. marked the 79th Independence Day of Pakistan and Marka-e-Haq with a dignified flag-hoisting ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US Rizwan Saeed Sheikh paid tribute to Pakistan’s armed forces for their resounding victory in Operation Bunyan-al-Marsoos. He reaffirmed the nation’s resolve to defend its sovereignty.
As Pakistan-U.S. relations, the Ambassador reiterated that bilateral ties between Pakistan and USA are moving on a positive and ascendant trajectory.
