Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has invited the Japanese company, Morinaga, to invest in Punjab’s dairy sector.
During her visit to Morinaga’s headquarters and production plant in Japan, the Chief Minister went around various departments of the milk industry giant.
An agreement was also reached for cooperation in animal breeding and producing high-quality meat.
Maryam Nawaz emphasized that the Punjab government will provide full support to Morinaga in expanding its dairy-related operations in the province.
Highlighting the importance of infant formula, she said that formula milk is vital for physical and mental growth of children.
