Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan says all out efforts will be made for restoring damages caused by flash floods.
He was talking to media persons alongside Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb and Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari in Lahore today.
The Minister for Communications appealed to the nation to unite and help the affected people and avoid making political point scoring.
He thanked the Chief Ministers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh for expressing solidarity with Punjab.
Speaking on the occasion, Marriyum Aurangzeb said relief and rescue operations are being carried out and people living near rivers are also being evacuated.
She said all relevant departments have been put on alert to support people.
